OFFERING OVERVIEW: Pricing Promotion and Revenue Management
PwCs Pricing Promotion and Revenue M team provides strategic guidance and builds technology solutions aimed at transformation and improvement of Net Revenue Management (NRM) functions of leading Consumer Goods companies. The range of projects and services encompass but are not limited to:
Design and implementation of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud for global CPG clients including assessing current processes and systems determining key requirements designing the future state processes managing development cycle of the system and facilitating change management for the client.
Design and development of technology solutions aimed at improving Trade Promotion processes ranging from sales and volume planning to payments and financial control and post event analysis.

Knowledge Preferred:
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and/or knowledge in any sector in the following areas:
Trade Promotions Management: Master Data Funds Management Volume Planning Promotion Planning Trade Promotion Optimization Accruals Payments Post Event Analytics Reporting
Salesforce TPM: Salesforce TPM design and configuration
Skills Preferred:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive customer transformation consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and functionalities
Experience with configuring Salesforce solutions
Experience in consulting projects pertaining to revenue growth management for consumer goods companies
Experience in analytics and technology projects for consumer goods and retail clients including trade process and system design program management with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Knowledge of working in consulting teams in trade promotion excellence or related engagements
Experience of delivering long-term engagements especially system implementations from design to testing and deployment in the consumer markets space
Demonstrate detailed understanding of RGM space including processes and operating model by market/geography
Familiarity with the Trade Promotions lifecycle from Master Data Management to Post Event Analysis
Ability to synthesize complex information and generate detailed insights based on primary and secondary research information
Excellent problem solving project management facilitation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in programming languages and analytical tools including visualization software
The ideal candidate for this job should have prior experience and familiarity with implementing Trade Promotion Management Salesforce CG Cloud
Additionally having experience using analytical tools like Alteryx SQL Power BI and Tableau will also be advantageous for the position
Educational Background:
MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy/ Analytics from a premier B-School
Additional Information
Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be as per project requirements.
Experience: 5-9 years of prior relevant work experience in a Pricing / Sales/ Analytics Strategy role. Experience in management consulting and exposure to multinational environment will be a bonus
