TPL is supporting an investment manager to identify two asset managers to undertake a strategic review of a PRS portfolio.
This will be on an initial 6-month basis. Playing a critical role in preparing a diverse residential investment portfolio for market you will ensure it is fully documented risk-assessed and ready to withstand rigorous investor due diligence.
Working across a diverse portfolio spanning BTR PRS and affordable housing schemes. Your focus will be on ensuring documentation integrity identifying and mitigating risks and building a robust evidence base to support prospective sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and review portfolio records to ensure completeness accuracy and compliance for due diligence.
- Identify and resolve gaps risks and inconsistencies across property legal financial and compliance data.
- Lead the organisation and presentation of documentation within a structured virtual data room.
- Deliver clear reporting on portfolio readiness including risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal finance consultants valuers investment managers) to ensure a seamless fit for sale process.
To be considered you WILL:
- Preferably be MRICS/ FRICS Chartered Surveyor with strong property and asset management credentials.
- Have experience with residential investment portfolios (Build-to-Rent PRS affordable housing) is highly desirable.
- Hold a deep understanding of property documentation compliance and due diligence requirements.
- Have a proven track record supporting disposals portfolio transactions or major asset reviews.
- Be commercially astute detail-oriented and confident working to tight deadlines.
