Job Description & Summary

A career within our Crisis and Resilience practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients prepare for and respond to crisis situations that could otherwise disrupt our clients operations damage reputations destroy shareholder value and trigger other events. Whatever the solution we help our
clients build and sustain a lean and focused crisis management capability so they can better implement strategic agile and timely response to crises that pose the greatest threats to their organizations.

Meaningful work youll be part of

As a Crisis and Resilience Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping tosolve business issues Deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing client plans and crisis or business continuity program materials

  • Preparing for and helping to facilitate workshops with senior members of client teams to help them identify their most important business functions

  • Drafting business continuity and crisis management plans

  • Facilitating scenario-based simulation exercises

  • Drafting reports of lessons observed

  • Supporting business development efforts

  • Helping to organize client events

  • Working on more complex assignments

  • Reviewing the work of junior team members

Experiences and skills youll use to solve

  • Able to clearly share ideas and information with team members and stakeholders both in writing and in person

  • Comfortable supporting workshop facilitation

  • Capable of writing clear and simple documents like guides reports or instructions for different audiences

  • Able to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and stay organized while working on multiple assignments

  • This role doesnt support completion of the Canadian CPA designation
