JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licensure: Active Washington license (IMLC accepted)
- Board Status: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Certifications: BLS ACLS (AHA required)

- Experience: Minimum 12 years in specialty
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide weekday outpatient oncology and hematology care
- Supervise and collaborate with infusion center staff
- Manage chemotherapy and infusion patients
- Take low-intensity after-hours call (telephone only)
