LOCATION: Bucharest Romania
THE ROLE:
At IGEL we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. Thats why were seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our team in Bucharest to help to turn leads into qualified opportunities.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing generated leads
Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
Interact with prospects and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential business opportunities in the market
Promoting and marketing IGELs business through extensive and persistent cold calling emails and other communication(s) tools to prospective clients
Create target prospects lists penetrate key accounts identify and contact key players
Profile strategic accounts researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
Set up meetings and/or calls between (prospective) customers and our sales executives
Diligently update data into the CRM stay on top of your leads follow-up and report
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of proven work experience in a similar role business development or sales is of advantage
Career changers are also welcome to apply
Experience in the Virtualization (VDI) industry would be a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident articulate and professional speaking abilities; empathic listener and persuasive speaker
Must be a self-starter curious analytical detailed-oriented resilient a hunting character and have the proven ability to perform in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision
Proven creative problem-solving approach and a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Must live and breathe start-ups with broad responsibilities crazy busy embrace our team spirit lots of responsibility and lots of fun
Excellent English language skills both in written and verbal form with a secondary language such asDutch French Swedish Norwegian Spanish being an excellent advantage.
