ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our client is a boutique public relations firm. They specialise in helping entrepreneurs podcasters authors thought leaders and celebrities build their visibility credibility and personal brand through media.


POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a newly created role for a strategic hands-on digital marketer who can build and execute high-converting funnels lead gen systems and marketing automation from the ground up. Youll be the key driver of Leverage with Medias growth engine helping to amplify the founders personal brand attract new clients and generate scalable revenue through structured marketing campaigns.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The setup of Go High Level including the design within emails and landing pages.

  • Build end-to-end marketing funnels and automations using Go High Level (platform not yet implemented youll lead setup).

  • Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads).

  • Own the marketing calendar ensuring consistent rollout of campaigns lead magnets podcast launches and product promotions.

  • Monitor funnel metrics report on results and optimize campaigns for ROI.

  • Support the CEO in the development of online training course (Kajabi).



Requirements

  • 5 years in digital marketing roles preferably remote or agency-based.

  • Proven Go High Level expertise (setup automation CRM funnel build-out).

  • Strong experience running Google and Meta ad campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of funnel architecture and audience segmentation.

  • Excellent copywriting skills for scripts and short-form content.

  • Ability to self-direct and lead implementation independently.

  • Clear and proactive communicator.

  • Confidence in delivering their work.

Required Skills:

At least 3 years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). Were keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO youll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organisational Skills: Youll have a lot of balls to juggle so the ability to prioritise and excel in internal communications is essential.
