Role Summary

We are seeking certified Phlebotomists and Nurses to join a growing field operations team conducting professional home-based and corporate sample collections across Lagos Island and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safe and professional blood and biological sample collections from patients homes or workplaces.
  

• Ensure proper labeling documentation storage and secure transportation of samples.
  

• Provide clear patient education before during and after each collection.
  

• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards during all procedures.
  

• Accurately record and submit daily sample collection reports.
  

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to schedule and manage field assignments efficiently.
  

• Uphold professional appearance courtesy and adherence to company protocols at all times.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing Medical Laboratory Science or a related healthcare discipline.
  

• Valid practice license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) or Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical or field experience in phlebotomy nursing or sample collection.
  

• Excellent interpersonal communication and patient-care skills.
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  

• Must reside within or around Lekki Victoria Island or nearby areas for easy field deployment.
