Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Head will lead all digital initiatives to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI across marketing platforms. This role requires strategic thinking leadership skills and hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools and campaign management.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn and other digital channels.

  • Identify target audiences segment customers and design funnel-based marketing approaches.

2. Performance Marketing

3. Content & Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs like cost per lead (CPL) conversion rate and ROI.

5. Team Leadership

Requirements

Required Skills

Qualification

Experience
