Job Summary
Job Summary
The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing producing and publishing content in various formats written visual and video to support Loom Solars marketing and communication goals. This role requires a mix of creativity storytelling digital marketing knowledge and an understanding of the solar/renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development
Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs articles social media posts product pages and website updates.
Write compelling scripts for videos product explainers and customer testimonials.
Develop captions taglines and short-form content for YouTube Instagram LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Collaborate with the design and video teams to create visually appealing multimedia content.
2. Social Media & Campaign Support
Manage daily content posting on company social media channels (Facebook Instagram YouTube LinkedIn Twitter).
Support digital campaigns by developing ad copy visuals and landing page content.
Research industry trends competitor activities and audience behavior to guide content strategy.
3. SEO & Performance
Optimize content using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
Ensure all content aligns with Loom Solars brand voice and messaging.
Track content performance metrics (traffic engagement conversions) and suggest improvements.
4. Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with marketing design and product teams to align content with business objectives.
Stay updated on renewable energy trends and create educational content to promote solar awareness.
Brainstorm and experiment with new content formats (reels infographics blogs case studies etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
Strong understanding of SEO digital marketing and social media engagement.
Creativity storytelling ability and attention to visual details.
Basic knowledge of Canva Photoshop or video editing tools (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for clean energy sustainability and technology.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Mass Communication Journalism English Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 25 years of professional experience in content writing digital content creation or social media management (experience in solar/renewable energy preferred).
Certifications (Preferred): Google Content Marketing HubSpot Content Marketing SEO Certification.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Content engagement rate and reach.
Organic traffic growth from SEO content.
Quality and consistency of content output.
Contribution to lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit SolidWorks or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
