Job Summary

Were looking for a versatile and creative Graphic & Motion Designer with 57 years of experience in visual communication branding and motion storytelling. At AuxoAI our marketing team plays a dual role shaping our brand identity while also working on select high-impact client projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life across formats and audiences.

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Gurgaon / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Design and produce a variety of brand and marketing assets including social media creatives digital ads presentations and short-form videos.
Conceptualize design and edit motion graphics reels and explainers that enhance storytelling and elevate campaigns.
Collaborate on both internal and client-facing creative work maintaining brand consistency while adapting to different brand guidelines when needed.
Work closely with marketing content and product teams to translate ideas into visually compelling executions.
Create infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information for broader communication.
Support UI/UX design initiatives in partnership with product and development teams.
Stay current with design trends formats and tools to push creative quality across static and motion outputs.

Requirements

Experience:

57 years of experience in graphic design motion design or visual communication preferably across both in-house and client-facing projects.

Tools & Technical Proficiency:

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro (mandatory).
Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD for collaboration on UI/UX.

Creative Strengths:

Strong understanding of branding layout typography color theory and storytelling across formats.
Ability to independently manage the entire video production cycle from concept to editing and final delivery.

Collaboration & Project Management:

Ability to work on multiple parallel projects with tight deadlines.
Experience in adapting to different brand styles and creative briefs.

Personal Attributes:

Eye for detail strong visual instincts and a passion for creating impactful design experiences.
Comfortable working across internal stakeholders and occasionally with external clients.

Bonus Skills

Experience with 3D design animation or custom illustration.
Familiarity with Canva Webflow or WordPress.
Understanding of sound design audio pacing and syncing visuals to music or voiceover.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with hands-on expertise in AWS and Azure cloud environments. Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps Git GitHub Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation. Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS AKS) and container orchestration platforms. Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures microservices and serverless computing. Familiarity with Azure Synapse ADF ADLS and AWS data services (EMR Redshift Glue) for data integration and analytics. Solid grasp of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana) and logging solutions for cloud-based applications. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
