Theatre Practitioner
Taunton Hospital Bank Part Time Includes weekend work
Up to 26.50 hourly depending on experience
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Scrub Practitioner at our hospital youll be focused detail-oriented empathetic with great communication skills.Youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Scrub Practitioneryou will:
Work in a multi disaplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
Use state-of-the-art technology equipment and facilities
Supervise support and develop junior members of the team
Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development which can include Surgical First Assist training.
