Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Landscaping Team Leader with experience of both hard and soft landscaping on behalf of a company based just outside Northampton. On offer is a permanent full-time job paying 32708.00 a year and comes with 21 days holiday plus all bank holidays overtime a benefits package that gives retail holiday booking and gym membership discounts a pension scheme and the opportunity for ongoing training and career progression. Also included is a company van which is kept at the yard overnight.
Our client specialises in the installation of show home and show area landscaping on new build sites as well as larger open space and higher end residential schemes which includes turfing planting desking slabbing laying block paving etc.
As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be:
Leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers installing soft and hard landscaping to a high standard.
Ensuring work is completed to company quality standards that all completed work is recorded and reported back to the office.
Ensuring that all vehicles and machinery are in good order and safe to operate.
Making sure all tools and equipment used are well maintained clean and serviceable.
Requirements
To be considered for this Landscaping Team leader job opportunity you will need:
Soft landscaping experience (ground prep turfing planting mulching and barking).
Hard landscaping experience (slabbing decking block paving etc.)
Experience of leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers.
A UK Driving Licence and your own transport to be able to get to the yard in the morning.
It would be useful if you had any of the following:
CSCS SSSTS or SMSTS card.
Experience of installing landscaping on new build housing developments.
