Location: Richmond VA Full-Time Clinic-Based Leadership Role

Were seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Richmond VA clinic as an Associate Clinical Directora leadership position focused on mentoring clinicians supporting families and maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mentor and provide guidance to BCBAs RBTs BTs and ABA trainees
- Lead caregiver training and ensure treatment consistency to support client progress
- Manage personal billable utilization while helping your team meet theirs
- Deliver direct therapy and oversee clinical services to maintain high standards of care
- Review treatment plans progress notes and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Oversee staff and student supervision in accordance with BACB requirements
- Contribute to professional development training and team meetings
- Collaborate on clinical process improvements and policy development
- Support AutismCOEs mission through partnership leadership and integrity
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (per BACB standards)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
- Demonstrated ability to lead supervise and collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to HIPAA standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $110000$140000 based on experience
- Bonus: Performance-based incentive up to 30% of base salary

Requirements
- At least 3 years of BCBA experience is required
- BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities
- Passionate about clinical quality and client progress to drive decision-making and best practices
- Exceptional skillset with leadership time management and observation
