Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MA/Homecare Clinician to join our team in the Cincinnati surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes assisting with daily living activities administering medications and monitoring patient progress. The MA/Homecare Clinician will work closely with patients families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the home setting
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare provider
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on proper care techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Current MA certification
Prior experience in homecare or a similar setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
