The Safety Manager under the direction of the Engineering Director is primarily responsible for leading and building our safety analysis team establishing and growing a world-class safety analysis organization while managing all aspects of safety analysis and supporting regulatory compliance and licensing activities for the development and deployment of our IMSR technology. The successful candidate will recruit develop and lead a team of safety engineers and analysts collaborate closely with the design and licensing teams and ensure the safety case for our advanced reactor design meets all regulatory requirements and demonstrates the inherent safety features of our technology.
