Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer I/II - Land Development
Location: Ontario CA 91761
Job Type: Full-Time Direct-Hire
Pay Range: $95000 - 120000 USD / YEAR
Responsibilities:
Consider project constraints perimeter conditions project goals agency standards and engineering best practices in developing project designs.
Assist with construction administration including RFIs submittals and construction changes.
Train and provide technical assistance to junior staff.
Prepare technical reports and perform complex calculations related to hydrology hydraulics water quality storm-water detention and utility sizing.
Perform complex grading design and earthwork calculations.
Provide complex deliverables to TM or PM or externally including full QAQC and checking for completeness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Have a combination of a bachelors degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university.
Minimum years of experience can range from 5 to 7 years depending on previous land development design experience.
Minimum 2 years independently solving complex engineering problems within land development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD LDD and/or Civil 3D software required.
EIT Certification
A motivated curious problem-solver who works well independently and in a team.
