Were seeking a remote part-time Business Development & Lead Generation Associate located in DFW to drive new client growth. This role blends networking prospecting and cold calling with basic marketing/ROI support. Youll also be responsible for building out and managing our HubSpot CRM ensuring our pipeline is set up for long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Prospect through LinkedIn email networking events and cold calling.
  • Build and nurture relationships with small business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Introduce potential clients to CultivaHRs services (compliance HR consulting ongoing support recruiting).
  • Build customize and manage our HubSpot CRM setting up workflows tracking and reporting for leads and deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and growth efforts.

Marketing & ROI Support

  • Set and track basic KPIs (e.g. new client acquisition pipeline value conversion rates).
  • Use HubSpot to track leads deal stages and close rates.
  • Assist with ROI tracking for BD and marketing efforts (networking events LinkedIn outreach recruiting leads etc.).
  • Provide insights back to the marketing/content team about lead quality campaign impact and whats resonating with prospects.
  • Recognize both quantitative wins (new contracts ROI on campaigns) and qualitative wins (referrals brand awareness partnerships).


Requirements

  • Prior experience in business development sales or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized self-starter and motivated to own the process.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and ability to set it up for success.
  • Local to DFW must be willing to attend in-person events and meetings.
  • Familiarity with HR or professional services is a plus.
