Were seeking a remote part-time Business Development & Lead Generation Associate located in DFW to drive new client growth. This role blends networking prospecting and cold calling with basic marketing/ROI support. Youll also be responsible for building out and managing our HubSpot CRM ensuring our pipeline is set up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Prospect through LinkedIn email networking events and cold calling.
- Build and nurture relationships with small business leaders and decision-makers.
- Introduce potential clients to CultivaHRs services (compliance HR consulting ongoing support recruiting).
- Build customize and manage our HubSpot CRM setting up workflows tracking and reporting for leads and deals.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and growth efforts.
Marketing & ROI Support
- Set and track basic KPIs (e.g. new client acquisition pipeline value conversion rates).
- Use HubSpot to track leads deal stages and close rates.
- Assist with ROI tracking for BD and marketing efforts (networking events LinkedIn outreach recruiting leads etc.).
- Provide insights back to the marketing/content team about lead quality campaign impact and whats resonating with prospects.
- Recognize both quantitative wins (new contracts ROI on campaigns) and qualitative wins (referrals brand awareness partnerships).
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development sales or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized self-starter and motivated to own the process.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and ability to set it up for success.
- Local to DFW must be willing to attend in-person events and meetings.
- Familiarity with HR or professional services is a plus.
