Our AmLaw 100 client is adding an Antitrust & Competition associate to a nationally recognized team handling civil litigation DOJ/FTC conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters. The work is complex high-stakes and cross-office.
Role Summary
Drive briefing discovery and strategy on civil antitrust litigation in federal court.
Support and lead on DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on case theory economic evidence and agency advocacy.
Candidate Profile
26 years of antitrust experience from a top firm clerkship or agency. Substantive antitrust knowledge required.
Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC service is a plus.
Strong writing sharp analytical judgment and excellent academic record.
