Meet the team:

SAP supply chain management (SCM) solutions have achieved a leading market position and are used by more than 2500 customers worldwide. We aim to innovate the SAP SCM product portfolio through Integrated Business Planning and S/4HANA. SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) is a cloud solution that enables companies to react quickly to customer demands and helps them handle changes and shortages in the supply chain by generating short to mid-term inventory and supply plans based on prioritized and categorized demand such as orders and forecasts. You can learn more about SAP IBP here. The development of SAP IBP is fueled by various customer engagements and the collaboration between several teams in different locations.

What youll do:

• Support customers when they encounter business critical situations with their supply planning; analyze evaluate and resolve issues related to the implementation and operation of an ABAP but also Java and C based solution.
• Uphold our commitment to delivering exemplary customer service; periodic on-call duty during weekends is a requisite component of this role.
• Maintain assigned modules by designing implementing and testing corrections that will directly impact over 1400 customers
• Develop new features when necessary
• Leverage AI to identify opportunities to optimize work and team processes
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing AI-based best practices and learnings with team members.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement by documenting and updating support documentation to enable other support layers.
• Be part of a virtual/or local development scrum team work closely together with other members to ensure team success.
• Enhance skills beyond own core functionality and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.

What you bring:

• Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering plus relevant work experience
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
• Motivation and result driven attitude with strong customer focus
• Working knowledge of data structures algorithms and principles of object-oriented design
• Ability to analyze and solve issues in existing and new code
• Fluent in verbal and written English French or Spanish are an asset
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering

Preferred

• Demonstrated strong understanding of SAP technologies including ABAP ABAP OO SAP HANA
• Working knowledge of Scrum Test Driven Development performance testing or data correctness/integrity testing
• Knowledge of various technology standards (SOA XML)
• Experience with source control systems such as GIT Gerrit etc.

Votre rôle:

• Apporter votre soutien aux clients lorsquils sont confrontés à des situations critiques dans le cadre de la planification de lapprovisionnement; analyser évaluer et résoudre les problèmes en lien avec limplémentation et lexploitation de solutions programmées en ABAP mais aussi en Java ou C.
• Respecter notre engagement dassurer un service client exemplaire; ce rôle requiert dêtre régulièrement dastreinte les fins de semaine.
• Gérer les modules confiés en concevant implémentant et testant des corrections qui auront un effet direct sur 1400clients.
• Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités lorsque cela savère nécessaire.
• Exploiter lIA pour identifier les occasions doptimiser les processus de gestion et de travail en équipe.
• Promouvoir une culture damélioration continue en partageant les connaissances et meilleures pratiques basées sur lIA avec les membres de léquipe.
• Contribuer au partage des connaissances et à lamélioration continue en créant et en mettant à jour la documentation de support pour donner lieu à dautres dimensions de support.
• Intégrer une équipe de développeurs Scrum en virtuel ou en local et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres pour garantir la réussite de léquipe.
• Développer vos compétences au-delà de vos propres objectifs essentiels et travailler sur dautres tâches qui bénéficient à léquipe.

Votre profil:

Obligatoire

• Baccalauréat de préférence en informatique ou ingénierie assorti dune expérience professionnelle dans le domaine
• Au moins 5ans dexpérience pertinente en génie logiciel
• Expérience en développement avec des solutions programmées en ABAP Java et C
• Aptitude à bien travailler en équipe et de façon autonome et à se montrer positif motivé et déterminé
• Motivation et souci du résultat avec une attention marquée à légard des clients
• Connaissance opérationnelle des structures de données des algorithmes et des principes de conception orientée objet
• Capacité à analyser et résoudre les problèmes dans le code existant et nouveau
• Maîtrise de langlais à loral comme à lécrit; la connaissance du français ou de lespagnol serait un plus

Souhaité

• Bonne connaissance avérée des technologies SAP notamment ABAP ABAP OO et SAPHANA
• Connaissance opérationnelle de Scrum du développement piloté par les tests des tests de performance ou des tests dintégrité des données
• Connaissance des différentes normes technologiques (SOA XML)
• Expérience avec les systèmes de contrôle de code source comme GIT et Gerrit

The targeted combined range for this position is 102400 - 214300 (CAD) CAD.
