Position Summary
During this internship you will support the marketing team in planning and executing product launch strategies digital content sales collateral and internal documentation across key product lines. You will gain hands-on experience collaborating with creative teams attending cross-functional meetings assisting with campaign development and coordinating marketing initiatives within a fast-paced gaming environment. This is an exciting opportunity to sharpen your marketing skill set while working on some of the most recognized gaming titles in the industry. Because this position will require multiple hats it is imperative that the candidate have the ability to stay organized professional and quickly switch gears as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists in creating brand campaigns for all upcoming product launches
Copywriting for advertisements sales material video scripts social media and other marketing collateral specifically related to highly technical gaming systems products
Assists in planning monitoring and managing the creation of product marketing materials including presentations product videos and all other related materials
Assists in planning monitoring coordinating and communicating activities relating to various trade shows product placements and other special events
Interacts with internal teams to gain understanding of products launch requirements and effectively provide direction and assets to the Creative Services team
Coordinates logistics for photo and video shoots and other marketing events
Collaborate with internal partners on technical documentation product training and providing general Sales team support
Ensures that the companys policies are communicated and implemented
Learn and assist with managing promotional swag items
Learn and assist with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in marketing business communications related field or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
At least 0-2 years of experience in similar role
Preferred Experience:
Interest or experience in casino gaming experience a plus
Experience in marketing advertising or public relations a plus
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Creative writing skills required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Eagerness to learn positive attitude and strong work ethic
Some evening/weekend availability may be required for events
