Werkstudent (mwd) in der Haftvermittlerchemie für Leiterplatten (befristet auf 2 Jahre)

In Ihrer Rolle als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Haftvermittlerchemie für Leiterplatten unterstützen Sie uns für zwei Jahre bei einem wichtigen Entwicklungsprojekt (im Bereich Haftvermittlung auf Leiterplatten) um unser Ziel der Entwicklung von STT-Lösungen (Surface Treatment Technology) für IC-Substrate der nächsten Generation und PCB-Hochfrequenztechnologie zu erreichen. Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Konzeption Entwicklung Durchführung und Umsetzung wissenschaftlicher Forschungsprojekte.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Laborversuche mit Haftvermittlern auf Kupfersubstraten
• Haftungsleistungstests wie Untersuchung der Schälfestigkeit
• Berichterstattung und Präsentation von Experimenten und Ergebnissen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit und Unterstützung durch andere Funktionen/Fachgruppen/Schwesterorganisationen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen Chemie oder Materialwissenschaften
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen
• Freude an der Arbeit im Labor und Grundkenntnisse in chemischer Nass- und photometrischer Analyse
• Gutes technisches und chemisches Verständnis sowie Affinität und Verständnis für digitale und operative Prozesse
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten strukturiertes Vorgehen und die Fähigkeit Komplexität zu reduzieren
• Sie sind noch für mindestens 24 Monate eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) können 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten und vor Ort im Labor sein
• Ihren Einsatz vergüten wir mit 1664 EUR/Stunde
