About the role

We are currently seeking 2x IT Service Delivery Leads to join our team on a permanent full time basis.

The Service Delivery Lead ensures smooth and effective delivery of End User Computing (EUC) services to clients collaborating with teams to resolve issues track progress and maintain high-quality service standards. This role is key to enhancing user experience by managing service reliability and coordinating service providers..

Responsibilities

Ensure effective service delivery within defined boundaries.
Collaborate with Elders IT leadership and service providers to align goals and strategies.
Monitor and improve service provider relationships and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and branches to meet service expectations.
Manage critical incidents communication and post-incident reviews.
Provide accurate performance reports to management and support governance committees.

About you

5 years managing EUC services (e.g. End User Devices O365 Intune Citrix).
Strong communication project and customer service skills.
Experience managing third-party service providers SLAs and KPIs.
Skilled in team leadership problem-solving and resource planning.
Qualifications: Bachelors in IT or related field; ITIL and Project Management knowledge.
Ability to travel within Australia (20% travel).
