Job Description
Youll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- Financial Record Management: Organizing analyzing and maintaining all financial records and transactions which includes AR/AP/FA/GL
- Reconciling Accounts: Matching the companys financial records with external statements such as bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Managing Closings: Handling the process of closing accounts at the end of monthly quarterly and annual periods.
- External Reporting: monthly or quarterly VAT reports reports to National Banks and Other Authorities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all financial practices and reports comply with relevant laws regulations and accounting standards (local GAAP and US-GAAP based on SOX compliance rules).
- Year end Audit: Preparation of Annual accounts and colaboration with external auditors.
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have
- Completed commercial graduation (HAK/Bachelor)
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Accountant certificate advantageous
- Knowledge of BMD and/or Workday are advantageous
- Sense for numbers and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines
- Fluent level of German and English

The minimum salary for this position is 50 000 your actual salary can be higher based on your experience and skills.
