Background:
The AGCO Foundation Youth AgriChampion Program led by Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) will develop the next generation of U.S. agricultural leaders by supporting young farmers and food system entrepreneurs. Ten AgriChampions (ages 18-40) will be selected based on their innovative approach solution or project idea in digital agriculture climate-resilient agriculture or food innovation. Selected AgriChampions will receive tailored mentorship participate in an in-person workshop and virtual Leadership Program and access to a $45000 seed grant pool to launch or scale sustainable innovations (with individual grants ranging from $1000 -$6000). Over twelve months AgriChampions will implement their projects with ongoing mentorship and feedback leveraging new skills and resources to expand their innovations and achieve measurable results in their farms businesses or communities. This application is for interested applicants to join the Year 1 cohort of AgriChampions (October 2025 September 2026).
