Job Summary
ABM a leading provider of integrated facility solutions is looking for aFacilities Lead.
The primary responsibility of the Facilities Lead is to direct the work of a team of maintenance employees in the pursuit of providing a safe and well-maintained site. Plan prioritize and delegate work resource needs and allocate resources the formation and distribution of Work Orders (service repair and preventive maintenance) and insure timely completion to quality the quality of the work performed by subordinate maintenance work as needed. Monitor and control supplies and equipment. Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods procedures and techniques. Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and/or questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bilingual in English
