Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 Physicians and 52 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general regional cardiac and obstetrical
.
The Vice Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts interviewing attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires
