Responsibilities
In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service coverage patient registration and insurance intake.
- Appointment scheduling insurance verifications multi-line telephone coverage data entry filing protected health information (PHI) referrals/physician orders point of service collections and financial estimates while maintaining quality patient/customer relations.
