This Position reports to:
General ManagerThe Business Operations Support Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess processes outline problems opportunities and solutions to support business decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services. They are responsible for identifying and management resolution of system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues. The scope of work is limited to data maintenance and ops support. It does not include any systems coding.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users by identifying and management resolution of system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues.
Respond to incident tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Systems Level 1 ops support.
Subject matter experts of operational systems including but not limited to MARC Blue Yonder suite
Proactively support the installation management maintenance and optimization of internal and cross functional processes.
Execute all assign task in accordance with IS and operational processes according to the agreed RACIS specification.
Ability to navigate across all processes within the distribution network.
Provide Operations support by troubleshooting data maintenance and submission of IT request.
Partner with internal and external providers to support system optimization.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
Blue Yonder Suite (WMS TMS OMS LMS) Experience or 2 Years of DC Operational Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and/or as a team

Manufacturing includes made-to-stock and custom-made solutions.
