Location: Syracuse NY Area (Project-Site Based)
Status: Full-Time Project-Based (Contingent on Award)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale fencing installation project. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for the client and our internal team responsible for delivering the project on time on budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project including budget schedule procurement and resource allocation.
- Serve as the main client liaison conducting regular meetings and providing progress updates.
- Lead mentor and coordinate the on-site project team including the superintendent and foremen.
- Oversee the submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) submittals and change orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction preferably in fencing site work or utilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects exceeding $1M.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore MS Project) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification highly preferred.
