Job Summary

As a Senior Executive Account Management Global Business you will be primarily responsible for strategically managing Key Accounts and driving growth through the seamless integration of Influencer Marketing Digital Marketing and E-commerce/D2C Enablement. You must utilize strategic thinking to retain and maximize account value long-term while expertly deploying AnyMinds technology (such as AnyX and AnyLogi) to deliver optimal sales results and D2C operational efficiency.

What Youll Do

  • Strategic Account Planning & Growth: Develop long-term growth and revenue plans for Key Accounts to maximize account value establish stable relationships and be accountable for expanding the clients Wallet Share.
  • Senior Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage relationships with client Senior Stakeholders and decision-makers ensuring AnyMind is recognized as a strategic business partner and support complex negotiation and long-term contract renewal processes.
  • E-commerce/D2C Solution Implementation: Present and execute D2C and E-commerce strategies for clients including deploying AnyMinds E-commerce enablement solutions (e.g. AnyX and AnyLogi) to optimize their operations.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Manage and optimize integrated campaigns across Digital Marketing (Programmatic Performance Marketing) and Influencer Marketing to ensure maximum results and KPI achievement.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Closely monitor track and analyze campaign performance and E-commerce sales. Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for business improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Efficiently coordinate with various internal teams (e.g. Marketing Product Tech) to deliver complex integrated solutions and service excellence.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry Account Management or Key Account Management.
  • Direct experience or a deep understanding of E-commerce D2C Strategy Marketplace management (e.g. Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop) or overall E-commerce operations is essential.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills particularly in dealing with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Fluent in business-level English.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking negotiation and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and perform under pressure to meet both sales and strategic targets.
  • Detail-oriented highly organized possess a high sense of Ownership and are enthusiastic about continuous learning.

  • Adapting to a Volatile E-commerce Landscape: Continuously adapting and staying ahead of the highly competitive and fast-changing trends in the E-commerce and D2C market to maintain client advantage.
  • Achieving Aggressive Revenue & Market Share Goals: The pressure to meet challenging sales targets and relentlessly increase the Wallet Share within the assigned portfolio of Key Accounts.
