Job Summary

Required Skills and Responsibilities

Detail oriented with a minimum of 1-year of Shipping Receiving & Inventory Management experience.
Working knowledge of Office 365 (Word and Excel) and QuickBooks.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus not required.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of basic measurement tools and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements.
Working knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements a plus not required.
MIL-STD-130 & MIL-STD-129 labeling requirement experience a plus not required.
Must be a US citizen.
Must be able to pass a DOT drug and alcohol test.

Job Description

Full-time on-site position in Johnstown Pennsylvania.
Work under general direction.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments on time delivery maintain inventory records and ensure data accuracy.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials and products checking for damage or discrepancies.
Pack items for delivery ensuring they are secure and protected.
Prepare and organize documents such as shipping orders packing lists and invoices.
Create purchase requests and issue purchase orders.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and demand requirements.
