Konik is partnering with a high-end residential and multi-family design-build contractor to add a Construction Project Manager to their Minneapolis-based team. This is a client-facing role focused on bringing custom homes and multi-family projects to life through strong leadership communication and attention to detail.

Construction Project ManagerResponsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases
• Develop and manage project schedules budgets and scopes of work
• Coordinate subcontractors vendors and internal design/construction teams
• Oversee site progress quality and safety standards
• Resolve project issues proactively and maintain clear documentation
• Provide consistent project updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Construction Project ManagerQualifications:

• 3 years of residential or multi-family construction project management experience
• Proven success leading projects from design through completion
• Strong client communication organization and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Solid understanding of construction means methods and sequencing

Construction Project ManagerTechnical Skills:

• Proficient in Buildertrend Procore or similar construction management platforms
• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu PlanGrid or similar project coordination tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Excel and Word

Salary and Benefits:

• $85K$110K base salary
