Job Description

General Summary:

Provides informational and analytical services in support of strategic initiatives and management decisions. Assists in the development of business plans and market information while maintaining a high level of customer

service.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provides data support for business planning and other management requests.

2. Provides financial analysis including pro forma projections and financial modeling.

4. Prepares maps to demonstrate demographic data.

5. Prepares quarterly reporting on division performance

6. Performs job functions adhering to service principles with customer service focus of innovation service

excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients families co-workers

and others.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1. Bachelors degree in related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be

considered in lieu of the degree when the experience is directly related to the duties of the role.

2. MBA MHA MPP or MPA preferred or in progress.

3. Minimum of two years of related experience in health care planning/marketing hospital finance or health

care consulting.

4. Ability to work collaboratively with people from all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and

communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Excel Access Word and PowerPoint and will be expected to become proficient in Microsoft

Power BI

6. Self-directed in developing new knowledge and skills.

Bachelors Degree: Business Administration/Management (Required)

Pay Range

$59280.00-$96928.00 Salary

At Lurie Childrens we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity reflecting individual contributions experience and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position.
