Job Description

Your contribution

This position is for an Service Technician to support the HDC Product line.

This position will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various Systems within required turnaround time ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

Conduct routine repair diagnosis service support and upgrades your dedicated product.

Assist Engineering in development and implementation of system upgrades ECOs.

Develop standard repair and maintenance procedures which will be documented to company and ISO 9001 standards.

As required effectively provide customer support via telephone regarding technical repair issues.

Participate in the development and implementation of training courses.

Perform other job-related duties as required.

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have

- Attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

- Capable to meet standard turnaround time and the repair deadlines.

- A good technical knowledge of computers and computer peripherals.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Good SAP experience.

- Fluent in English and Swedish both verbal and written.
