We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Oslo!
Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the economical and operational effective management of the store in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensures achievement of business goals and strategic projects keeping in constant connection with Corporate functions (Visual Merchandising Operations)
- Establishes and implement action plans in order to develop sales for each product category and client segment
- Develops a client centric culture aimed to maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client base
- Ensures the adequate integration and optimization between front and back-of house upholding Company standards and procedures
- Monitors store visits and mystery shopping to improve quality of service
- Builds a high performing team by engaging inspiring and developing people
- Works alongside HR function to reduce staff turnover promote internal mobility optimise personnel cost map and develop key talents
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the role within Fashion Luxury industry
- Strategic vision in order to develop the business
- Proven ability to drive results and excellent organizational skills
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Talent for managing coaching and developing a team
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for Fashion Luxury industry
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
