Salesforce is an important tool for us to reach these goals from opening new clubs at the speed of light and optimizing customer service processes to building software that supports our personal trainers. Salesforce is everywhere at Basic-Fit and were looking for someone that can help us build the best possible Salesforce platform.

This is what your assignment looks like
Youll be joining a team filled with Salesforce enthusiasts which is responsible for the overall Basic-Fit Salesforce this role youll work closely with our business counterparts on implementing and further developing functionality within our Salesforce environment. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions on the platform using Apex Lightning Web Component/Aura also using out of box functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using advanced Apex triggers and Lightning Components (LWC Aura) and reusable components.
• Implement automation using advanced Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) Platform Events and Asynchronous Processing (Queueable Batch Apex Future Methods).
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.
• Optimize SOQL DML operations and governor limits to enhance performance.
• Develop and customize AI models using out of box salesforce features helpful for forecasting and deriving customer insights.

Besides optimizing our Service Cloud we are currently working on several projects such as a Club Manager application to manage everything around operating a club and a partner manager application that does the same for our partners (e.g. personal trainers and physiotherapists).

We ask:

A proactive result and detail-oriented mindset. You have excellent knowledge of Salesforce and you love to work in a dynamic positive environment to develop your skills and interests.

Furthermore you have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certified nice to have PDII.
• Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications are good to have.
• Enthusiastic to explore new AI features of Salesforce nice to have previous experience.
• Excellent knowledge of declarative customization capabilities of flows.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Good to be equipped with HTML JavaScript CSS for LWC development.
• Use GIT as version control system for your day-to-day development.
