Technical Scrum Master

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery among teams with diverse expertise promoting efficient teamwork visibility and ongoing improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agile principles excellent communication skills and the ability to remove impediments that block team progress. A solid understanding of technical concepts and risk management will be a strong plus.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Drive agile adoption within the team by promoting best practices transparency and accountability.
• Work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined prioritized and ready for execution.
• Track report and communicate sprint progress impediments and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify assess and proactively manage project risks and dependencies to minimize delivery impact.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams (development QA business and operations).
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing sprint metrics and identifying process enhancement opportunities.
• Mentor team members on agile principles and help cultivate a self-organizing high-performing culture.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and delivery leads to ensure alignment across teams and projects.
• Encourage data-driven decision-making and maintain focus on business outcomes and customer value.

For This Role You Will Need:

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts to engage meaningfully with engineering teams understand architectural discussions and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA Azure DevOps or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of risk management frameworks to identify analyze mitigate and track project and delivery risks.
• Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM PSM or equivalent) preferred.
• Exposure to CI/CD DevOps or cloud environments is a plus.
