Location: 福建省

The Role: Daily Responsibilities

所辖区域销售目标的计划制定和具体实施
根据销售活动需求定期拜访经销商零售商完善区域销售网络
通过有效的农民会技术推广会和示范试验田等推广活动积极拉动农民及零售商对富美实公司产品的需求
有效地收集并反馈区域内竞争对手的产品和销售信息
所辖区域的销售费用管控包括管理和保护公司资产设备等
上级所指派的其他的任务或者活动

The Candidate: Requirements

大专或本科及以上学历农化类专业或其他相关专业
相关农产品销售推广工作经验5年以上;
熟悉农产品销售模式和渠道
良好的团队合作精神
良好的沟通能力和人际影响技巧
良好的活动组织和协调能力
主动积极能承受较强的工作压力
