What You Can Expect

• Assist in Handling Customer Feedback: Under supervision assist in receiving documenting and preliminary analyzing customer quality complaints and return information.
• Participate in Problem Investigation: Cooperate with engineers in tracking 8D reports and collecting relevant production records inspection data etc.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collating customer quality data and participate in compiling monthly customer quality reports.
• Document Management: Assist in maintaining customer quality-related documents such as quality agreements customer-specific requirements etc.

What Were Looking For

• Education Background: Bachelors or Masters majoring in Electronics Microelectronics Materials Mechanical Engineering or related science and engineering fields.
• Professional Knowledge: Basic understanding of quality management tools (e.g. 8D 5Why) is preferred; some knowledge of semiconductor packaging and testing processes is a plus.
• Personal Abilities: Good logical thinking and problem analysis skills. Serious and responsible in work with strong learning ability and communication coordination skills. Proficiency in using Office software.
