DescriptionThis position enables DTAs and Managing Directors to focus on their most important work of bringing souls unto Christ by providing exceptional transaction services in a simple and affordable way.
Position performs the full range of processing clerk assignments including resolving all types of discrepancies some of which may require communicating with other offices outside of the unit. Maintains records documents and files insuring their accuracy referring only the most complex issues are referred to higher levels for resolution. Serves as a role model in fulfilling the Churchs mission with compassion toward others and an attitude of devotion to God.
Responsibilities- (35%) Data Entry: Enter transactions into various databases with predetermined procedures. Employees performance will be evaluated on timeliness efficiency accuracy & metrics. Individual should be able to perform assigned tasks with little supervision.
- (20%) Communication: Respond to colleagues questions (including colleagues in various areas around the world).
- (10%) Maintain Documentation: Keep instruction documents up-to-date to facilitate performance of your duties in your absence.
- (10%) Analysis: Analyze process variances & errors and take appropriate corrective action.
- (10%) Organization: Organize daily weekly and monthly processes in a way that complement leaders in the GSC and in areas throughout the world.
- (10%) Approval & Posting: Approve and post batches prepared by other BRST members.
- (5%) Administrative/Clerical duties: Scan and file paper/electronic documents.
QualificationsAssociates degree with 3-4 years of experience or High School diploma with 5-7 years of experience. Performs duties with minimum supervision duties and assignments are non-routine. Must have the ability to adapt policies and procedures to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Must be able to work at a computer station for long periods of time.
