Job Summary

Cook Make a Difference with Every Meal!
Omaha Home for Boys (OHB) is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare daily meals for youth staff and community events. This role goes beyond the kitchenour cook helps create a welcoming dining environment while supporting a trauma-informed youth-focused mission.

What Youll Do:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals following menus and dietary guidelines
Maintain a clean safe and organized kitchen
Complete USDA paperwork and ensure food safety compliance
Assist with catered events and youth engagement in meal prep
Ability to have patience with you maintain appropriate boundaries and help them learn culinary skills.

What Were Looking For:

2 years of commercial or large-scale cooking experience (preferred)
Ability to follow recipes and maintain high sanitation standards
Team-oriented attitude and passion for serving others
