RN Ambulatory, Pediatric Pulmonary Clinic

100% FTE weekdays day shift. No weekends or holidays. You will work onsite at American Family Childrens Hospital in Madison WI.

Come care for our youngest patients at the nationally known American Family Childrens Hospital.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Care for pediatric patients with all types of lung disorders.
• Assist pediatric patients and families with management of acute and chronic lung conditions as well as those more complex conditions that require breathing assistance.
• Provide evidence based high quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart.
• Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
• Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
