Job Summary

Head Start Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant $5000 Bonus! CAPV Head Start & Early Learning Programs is seeking a skilled and thoughtful individual to join our team of Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants in providing reflective capacity-building support to educators staff parents and caregivers of young children ages 0-5 in Hampshire Franklin and Western Hampden counties. Consultants engage in child/classroom observation scaffolding of emotional and trauma-responsive teaching practices psychoeducation to staff and families and facilitate referrals to providers in the community. Must be a Masters-level licensed mental health professional with at least 1 year of early childhood mental health experience. The position is 28 hours per week. Pay range is $31.30/hr to $33.20/hr.
