Zakres obowiązków:

• koordynacja pracy kurierów i podwykonawców
• kontrola poprawności przepływu zgłaszanych zleceń
• przekazywanie zleceń kurierom
• zapewnienie płynności i terminowości procesu odbioru i dostarczania przesyłek
• wykonywanie raportów operacyjnych w tym kontrola kosztów dostaw i odbiorów

Profil Kandydata:

• zorientowanie na klienta spełnianie jego potrzeb oraz dostarczanie doskonałych doświadczeń w kontakcie z FedEx
• wykształcenie min. średnie
• mile widziane doświadczenie we współpracy i zarządzaniu podwykonawcami
• dobra znajomość topografii miasta
• umiejętność jasnej i precyzyjnej komunikacji
• umiejętność analitycznego myślenia wyciągania wniosków i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji
• dokładność i odpowiedzialność
• gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym - 6.00-14.00; 13.00-21.00
