HR Manager People Team (up to 12 month Fixed Term Contract) Everyone TV

Everyone TV is undergoing an exciting period of growth and the People Team are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager.
An enabling business partnering role youll provide pro-active HR support and expertise across all areas of the employee life cycle e.g. recruitment and selection onboarding employee wellbeing learning and development performance management managing change ED&I reward employee cases HR operations and analysing data.
You will have strong technical HR knowledge excellent interpersonal skills and able to advise managers at all levels be a supportive and collaborative team player a good listener resilient and have a track record of being able to deal with conflicting priorities in a calm manner.
Youll have at least 5 years HR experience and have a minimum of CIPD level 5.
