Qualifications
This key role requires a performance driven influential leader with significant senior leadership experience in challenging multi-stakeholder environments. Your career reflects proven strengths in Indigenous health systems or health care delivery policy development multiple stakeholder engagement managing complex issues and a collaborative and integrated approach to achieving corporate goals. Your background includes a demonstrated understanding of government structure and decision-making legislative frameworks accountability processes and policy development mechanisms. A capable relationship builder you excel at engaging Indigenous communities and stakeholders in shaping and implementing high impact initiatives. Your capacity to inspire and empower change-agile teams will support you in delivering on key objectives. An understanding of Indigenous health system priorities health care delivery and issues within the political economic and global environment is essential to your success. A University degree is preferred.
Salary
$5234.94 - $6879.68 bi-weekly ($136631 - $179559 annually)
