Now were on the lookout for aseasoned Paralegalto join our passionate Legal Team on a part-time basis (34 days/week). Reporting to our Head of Legal youll take the lead on all things licensing from food to liquor and support our team across contracts compliance and legal operations. Youll be a key player in a business and have real ownership and impact. This is more than just a legal support role - its a chance to own your patch work flexibly and make a real difference.

What youll be serving up

  • Take the reins on managingall premises licences(liquor food etc.) think timely renewals ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping.
  • Supportcontract creation review and management keeping systems sharp and up to date.
  • Facilitate contract approval and execution process ensuring efficient workflows
  • Provide smart practical legal research and assist with general legal and admin tasks.
  • Be a trusted partner to internal teams
  • Be the support to our Head of Legal as needed.


What you bring to the table

  • 5 years experiencein a legal or compliance support role - either in-house or in private practice.
  • Solid knowledge of legal contracts and matter management - bonus points for experience in food liquor licensing retail or FMCG.
  • A proactive solutions-first mindsetand confidence working autonomously building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Sharp attention to detail strong organisation and a strive for meeting deadlines and getting into the details
  • Clear confident communicationskills - you know how to collaborate and get things done across teams.
  • The resilience and flexibility to juggle competing prioritiesin a fast-moving business.
