Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the companys internal and external communication strategies ensuring consistency clarity and professionalism across all channels. This position requires strong writing organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective communication strategies to support company goals and initiatives.
Draft edit and proofread corporate materials including press releases announcements and internal communications.
Coordinate cross-departmental messaging to ensure brand and tone consistency.
Support leadership with presentations talking points and written correspondence.
Assist in planning and executing company-wide meetings briefings and communication campaigns.
Monitor communication performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
2 years of experience in a communications or corporate writing role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other professional communication tools.
Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
