Territory: Most of their customers in this territory are fairly concentrated in the DFW and Waco area. Youll have the flexibility to set your travel schedule and choose how you are building your days between working from home and getting in the field.

REMOTE Commercial Lines Sales Manager (commercial insurance exp. req.) Description

Our client a commercial insurance carrier is looking for a Remote Sales Manager to join their Team and oversee their Texas region with majority focus on the DFW and Waco area. This territory has been supported by three other TMs in surrounding states. Given how much business they already have in this state theyve decided to grow their Sales Team and have local this role about 70% of your time will be spent on account management nurturing relationships with their existing 25-35 agencies. The remaining time will be spent identifying prospective partners. Additional bonus programs are in place for signing new agencies so you will be rewarded as you expand your footprint. Ideal candidates will be well-versed with commercial insurance policies and accustomed to traveling to meet with clients in-person. Someone comfortable working in a remote environment where you are given the autonomy to run your region while still being accountable for its expansion. REMOTE Commercial Lines Sales Manager (commercial insurance exp. req.) Responsibilities

Identify new agencies in territory to contact
Collaborate to determine contracted agency eligibility
Report findings and meeting results timely and consistently
Evaluate and maintain contact with agents and underwriters
Assist agents to help build profitable client list
Assist underwriting and brokers as needed
Conduct in-person meetings and conference calls with agency contacts
Maintain a log of contacts including owners producers and support staff
Discuss your agency plan and call objectives with VP of Marketing

REMOTE Commercial Lines Sales Manager (commercial insurance exp. req.) Qualifications

Experience with commercial insurance policies required
Sales or underwriting experience required
Background working for either an insurance agency or insurance carrier required
50% travel required (typically day trips limited overnights; company car provided)
