This is an exciting time to join a newly developing senior leadership team following the permanent appointment of an Executive Headteacher. As a Head of School and Designated Safeguarding Lead we understand the demands on your role and therefore your teaching load will reflect this.

Our trust schools benefit from the breadth of the curriculum offer through CUSP (Curriculum with Unity Schools Partnership) with 1:1 iPad in place for all pupils in KS2 and iPads and iPad training for all primary teachers. Our pupils are keen to take part in as many extracurricular activities as possible and they are looking for a Head of School who is ambitious for them can motivate them to excel and has high expectations for their success.
This is an opportunity for an existing Head of School or senior leader looking for an exciting new challenge to further their development as part of a forward-thinking MAT who would benefit from our supportive model for staff CPD and career development. It is important to belong at work and the work you do is relied upon by our pupils so even small positive differences which are made make people very happy.
